Terms of Service

You may use FeedLibby only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace.

If you use FeedLibby for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and to submit the websites, brand materials, social accounts, media assets, avatar references, voice samples, and other content you provide.

You retain ownership of content you submit to FeedLibby. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, generate, schedule, and publish content as necessary to provide the service and support your approved workflows.

You must have all rights, permissions, consents, and authorizations needed for any likeness, voice, name, image, brand material, website content, social account, or other content you submit or connect.

FeedLibby requires transparent use of avatar-led content. Our default disclosure is: "AI-generated avatar video created with FeedLibby."

You may not use FeedLibby to impersonate someone without authorization, mislead people about who is speaking, create deceptive synthetic media, or remove required disclosures from generated content.

FeedLibby helps create AI-generated avatar content for organic social media. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all scripts, verifying factual claims, and ensuring your content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and organizational policies.

You are responsible for reviewing scripts, claims, captions, generated media, schedules, and final posts before approval. FeedLibby does not provide legal, compliance, campaign finance, advertising, medical, financial, or professional advice.

If you connect social accounts or publishing destinations, you are responsible for complying with each platform's rules, terms, disclosure requirements, community standards, and account policies.

We may limit, suspend, or disable publishing features when needed to protect users, platforms, FeedLibby, or the public.

You may not use FeedLibby to violate the law, infringe rights, publish unauthorized likeness or voice content, create harassment or abuse, distribute malware, evade platform rules, interfere with the service, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

You may not reverse engineer the service, scrape restricted areas, overload the system, or use FeedLibby outputs to build a competing product except as permitted by law.

Paid plans, usage limits, onboarding services, add-ons, and renewal terms are presented in the product, checkout, invoice, or written order terms. You are responsible for applicable taxes and authorized payment methods.

We may change features, pricing, plans, or limits over time. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.

We work to keep FeedLibby reliable, but the service may be interrupted or changed because of maintenance, errors, third-party systems, platform outages, security issues, or business needs. We do not guarantee that every generation, integration, schedule, or publication attempt will be successful.

FeedLibby is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedLibby will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or platform enforcement actions.

We may update these Terms as FeedLibby changes. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted or otherwise made available means you accept the updated Terms.
